Services include contacting you via SMS and Email in order to keep you in touch and to support our work. If you are a member, you will also provide us with financial and family data. We use this personal data for the management of your membership and the provision of information and services. You will usually receive weekly email alerts and news about EAYC.
In order to provide membership and community services, your data will be shared with different teams within EAYC. Other membership functions will be managed in a similar way. Your financial and health details will never be shared with teams.

What personal data do we collect?
The personal data we collect depends on whether you just visit our website, subscribe to receive alerts, donate or are a member of EAYC. If you visit our website, you do not need to provide us with any personal data. However, your browser transmits some data automatically, such as the date and time of your visit, your browser type, your operating system, the last web page you visited and your IP address.
If you provide contact details for alerts or donations, your personal data – Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone number and any other data you chose to provide to us, is used to send you email and SMS alerts. In addition, if you are a member, we collect the dates of birth of you and your family, your bank or other finance details for membership payments, important dates for yahzeit reminders and in some cases other personal health and financial data if you share this with our care and community team.
If you provide us with personal data about other people, for example; family members and children, we expect you to ensure that they know you are doing so and they are content with their information being provided to us. If the children are under 13 years of age we assume you are the guardian of their data.
We have CCTV systems both internally and externally on our main site. We record images as part of our security policy. Members, guests and visitors are advised that only trained security personnel and CST monitor these cameras. Recordings are stored for approximately 1 month. Data will only be used in the event of a suspected security or criminal incident. Any queries should be directed to the administrator. Contact details above.

We only collect personal data that is required for the purposes of subscription, donation or membership. We restrict, secure and control all of our information assets against unauthorised access, damage, loss or destruction; whether physical or electronic. We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to perform the functions above and to respond to your requests or longer if required by law. Whilst in our possession, together with your assistance, we try to maintain the accuracy of your personal data.
How can you access your personal data?
You have the right to request access to any of your personal data we may hold. If any of that information is incorrect, you can request that we change it. If we are not using your information correctly, you can request that we stop using it or that we delete it completely.
