Yamim Noraim Seating
Welcome to the EAYC Yamim Noraim seating request system. Registration is required for both adults and children in the Ashkenaz minyanim over the Yamim Noraim and places will only be allocated to those who request them. The closing date for bookings has now passed. If you still require somewhere to daven, please complete the form and we will try to accommodate you but do not assume you have a seat until you receive confirmation.

Notes for this year:
- On Rosh Hashanah, the Hashkamah minyan will take plase in the Jacqueline Donoff Hall (JDH) and the Sefardi minyan will start in the Beis Hamedrah Heichal Moshe (BHHM) before moving to the JDH after the Hashkamah minyan has concluded.
- On Yom Kippur, the Hashkamah-style minyan will be in the BHHM as usual, and the Sefardi minyan will be in the JDH.
- The men’s section of the Main Davening Area (MDA) is always oversubscribed and we are keen that as many people as possible are able to attend the davening. If you do not require a table space, then please select this so we can accommodate more people in the MDA.
It is a blessing on our community that we have become large enough to make this such a large logistical exercise. Thank you for your cooperation and we ask for mechilah for any issues arising in our efforts to accommodate everyone.
Charges for seats are as follows:

| Their out of town guests | £25 per seat per day |
| Their dependent children up to the age of 18 | £5 per seat per day |
| Their dependent children age 19 and over in full time education | £10 per seat per day |
| COMLAH Members | No charge |
| Mispallelim and Friends of EAYC | £50 per seat per day |
| Those not affiliated to the EAYC | £100 per seat per day |
A COMLAH is a “Child of Member Living at Home” and this is a separate membership category, for our post-school younger members, while they are still living in their parents’ home. For further details please contact secretary@eayc.org
Please note that payments for seats cannot be Gift Aided and cannot be paid for using charity vouchers or from a charity account.
